Continuum provides an exclusive 800 number to customers covered by a Continuum Service Contract Agreement. The diagnostic line is available 8am to 5:00pm PST Monday through Friday excluding Continuum holidays. This number will provide our customers with unlimited customer service and technical phone support during the term of the Service Contract Agreement. Continuum reserves the right to determine if technical phone support options are exhausted and a field service call is required.
