Continuum, with the approval of the customer, may modify the products covered by the Service Contract Agreement to improve the performance or reliability, with no additional charges to the customer. |

| Travel |
All travel costs and incidentals associated with travel are covered under the terms of the Service Contract Agreement.

| Labor |
Labor charges are covered under the terms of the Service Contract Agreement. When the Service Contract Agreement and labor days have been exhausted, additional Labor days can be requested and purchased at Continuum's current standard labor/travel rates. Parts discounts will remain in effect for the term of the Service Contract Agreement.
