Service Contracts

 
Preventative Maintenance
Continuum will perform preventative maintenance with Continuum trained Field Representatives as outlined in the Continuum User Manual for the equipment covered under this agreement. Preventative Maintenance service calls are to be scheduled by the customer and Continuum's service department within the terms in the Service Contract Agreement. Customer must assure that the equipment is made available during the scheduled time. Equipment will be returned to full operational status. All Preventative Maintenance Service visits are a minimum of 1-day labor.
Travel

All travel costs and incidentals associated with travel are covered under the terms of the Service Contract Agreement.

Labor

Labor charges are covered under the terms of the Service Contract Agreement. When the Service Contract Agreement and labor days have been exhausted, additional Labor days can be requested and purchased at Continuum's current standard labor/travel rates. Parts discounts will remain in effect for the term of the Service Contract Agreement.
