Service Contracts

| Remedial Maintenance |
|
Continuum will perform remedial maintenance with Continuum trained Field Representatives in the event of equipment failure. Remedial maintenance service is to be scheduled by the customer and Continuum's service department, within the terms in the Service Contract Agreement. Equipment will be returned to full operation. All Remedial Maintenance Service visits are a minimum of 1-day labor. |

| Travel |
All travel costs and incidentals associated with travel are covered under the terms of the Service Contract Agreement.
|
|
| Labor |
Labor charges are covered under the terms of the Service Contract Agreement. When the Service Contract Agreement and labor days have been exhausted, additional Labor days can be requested and purchased at Continuum's current standard labor/travel rates. Parts discounts will remain in effect for the term of the Service Contract Agreement.
