Service Contracts

 
Before a laser can be covered under a Continuum Customer Support Service Agreement that has an expired contract or warranty, a service visit must be scheduled and prepaid. This will ensure that the laser is within specifications prior to the new service contract. All costs associated with bringing the laser to full operational specifications will be incurred by the customer. Continuum reserves the rights to decline a quotation for a contract agreement. If the laser is covered by Warranty or a Continuum Customer Support Service Agreement, then no pre-visit will be required.
Service Location Service will only be performed at the system location stated in the Service Contract Agreement. Relocation of the equipment covered under the Service Contract Agreement must be approved in writing by the Continuum Service Department for the equipment to remain covered by the Service Contract Agreement. Continuum offers a variety of Service Contracts with a selection of the following:
  • Priority On-site Response Time
  • 2, 4, 8 or 12 Labor Days per year
  • Parts Discount of 10% to 35% available on select contracts
  • Site Contracts are available for multiple systems
